• Responsibilities: • Team Supervision & Management: • Supervise and manage external sales teams in the field. • Recruit and train field sales staff. • Organize and manage the field sales team based on requirements. • Lead, motivate, and conduct regular field visits to support and coach teams. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: • Monitor sales representatives’ performance indicators (e.g., test views, sales, conversion rates). • Analyze results and propose corrective actions. • Prepare regular performance reports for superiors. • Business Development: • Participate in implementing sales strategies tailored to field operations.

• Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. • Proven experience managing a sales team in the field. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements. • Strong results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit. • Mobility and availability for frequent travel. • Personal Qualities: • Leadership: Ability to unite people and foster a positive, results-driven team dynamic. • Commercial Skills: Passion for prospecting and selling, with the ability to inspire teams. • Coaching: Enthusiasm for training and motivating teams to stay committed. • Motivation & Dynamism: Drive to exceed targets and work diligently. • Team Spirit: Desire to contribute to group growth and knowledge sharing.

Base Salary (Gross): 1,000,000 UGX per month. Monthly Performance Bonus (Gross): 300,000 UGX. Transportation Allowance (Monthly): Safeboda wallet (100,000 UGX). Telecommunications Allowance (Monthly): To be confirmed (TBC).
