KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifying and prospecting potential customers by researching their • needs and preferences. • Generating and following up on sales leads to create opportunities for • new business. • Conducting sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the • benefits of the company products. • Closing sales by negotiating with customers and addressing any concerns • or objections. • Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and • repeat business. • Achieving sales targets related to customer acquisition within set • timeframes. • Providing regular feedback and reports to the team leader and Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom • or technology industry. • Proven ability to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close • deals effectively. • Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure • satisfaction and repeat business. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within set • timeframes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact • with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to address customer objections or • concerns and close sales. • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and stay focused under • pressure to achieve sales goals. • Ability to provide regular feedback and collaborate effectively with team • leaders and sales managers.
