About Organisation:
The International Criminal Court (ICC), governed by the Rome Statute, is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community. The ICC is an independent international organisation, and is not part of the United Nations system. Its seat is at The Hague in the Netherlands. Although the Court’s expenses are funded primarily by States Parties, it also receives voluntary contributions from governments, international organisations, individuals, corporations and other entities.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Diploma of secondary education is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in data entry, database management, or record keeping management, or other related fields is required; An advanced or a first-level university degree may be considered as a substitute for two years’ working experience only to determine eligibility.
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in programme management in the field is required
- Previous experience in project management of projects involving vulnerable groups in an international organisation, UN organisation, or international NGO is desirable.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to support research and reporting, requiring strong analytical and writing skills;
- Mastery of monitoring and evaluation principles and tools;
- Good organisational, administrative, and planning skills in intercultural and multi-disciplinary environment across various geographical locations;
- Versatile team player able to productively engage and achieve results, also outside of the context of the direct reporting line;
- Ability to perform under pressure, working independently, and contributing to finding creative solutions to achieve established goals, within the prevailing regulatory and policy environment of the TFV/ICC;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications and data entry.
Knowledge of languages:
- Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is required. Knowledge of the other languages is highly desirable for this position, such as Acholi, Lango, or Ateso. Knowledge of another official language of the Court (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish) would be considered an asset.
