Location: Field-Based (Across Uganda).

Florius UGS is a fast-growing education marketing and school discovery platform transforming how schools connect with parents, students, and communities across Uganda. As part of our rapid expansion, we are recruiting ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented Field Consultants/ Marketing Officers to aggressively drive school
onboarding and brand visibility nationwide.
This is Not a desk job. It is a frontline sales and marketing role for individuals who can confidently engage school administrators, pitch value, close opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively market and promote Florius
UGS services to schools and education institutions. - Conduct field visits, presentations, and direct engagement with decision-makers.
- Onboard new schools onto the Florius UGS platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners and administrators.
- Meet set marketing and onboarding targets.
- Represent Florius UGS at school events, education forums, and outreach programs.
- Collect market intelligence and submit regular field performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Diploma in Marketing.
- Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Or other related fields from a recognized institution.
REQUIRED SKILLS.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in field engagement.
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and work in assigned regions.
- Basic digital skills (smartphone, email, data entry).
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
