• Source new clients & promote loans/savings • Process & appraise loan applications • Mobilize savings & open new accounts • Monitor repayments & recover overdue loans • Deliver excellent customer service & financial literacy • Ensure compliance & submit performance reports

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field • 1-2 years’ experience in sales, credit, or financial services • Strong sales, negotiation & interpersonal skills • Knowledge of microfinance & digital banking platforms • High integrity, resilience & field readiness
