• Conduct daily checks on farm machinery (oil, fuel, coolant, hydraulic levels). • Collaborate with machine operators to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues. • Diagnose problems and repair or replace faulty parts. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. • Submit daily reports on machine conditions and breakdowns. • Request spare parts and ensure timely equipment servicing. • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. • Ensure proper machinery use by operators. • Perform welding, grinding, and other repair tasks as needed.

• Certificate or Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery (tractors, dozers, excavators, graders, etc.). • Ability to work independently in a rural setting and improvise when necessary. • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • Proficient in mechanical and technical troubleshooting. • Knowledge of engine systems, hydraulics, and diagnostic tools.
