• An honors bachelor of science degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry or a related field.
• Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in farm management.
• Other requirements:

• Strong knowledge of crop production, Animal Production, pest and disease management, and soil health management practices.
• Familiarity with farm certification standards will be an advantage.
• Ability to train local farmers.
