We are seeking hardworking, committed, and experienced individuals to join our farm
operations in Nwoya District.

1. FARM CASUAL WORKERS (2 Positions)
Duty Station: Nwoya District, Koch Amar Sub County, Amar Parish, Laminato LC1.
Key Responsibilities
• Establishment and management of banana plantations.
• Dairy cow management and husbandry.
• Growing and management of livestock feeds and fodder.
• General farm maintenance and field operations.
• Supporting farm production activities as assigned.
Requirements
• Uganda Certificate of Education (O-Level).
• Valid National ID.
• Proven practical experience in:
o Banana plantation establishment and management.
o Dairy cow management.
o Feed and fodder production.
• Ability to communicate in:
o English
o Swahili
o Acholi
• Willingness to live and work in a remote farm setting.

• Physically fit, trustworthy, and hardworking.
Salary & Benefits
• Starting Salary: UGX 150,000 per month
• Basic food provided.
• Accommodation provided on the farm.

2. FARM MANAGER (1 Position)
Duty Station: Nwoya District, Koch Amar Sub County, Amar Parish, Laminato LC1.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily farm operations and workers.
• Supervise banana plantation establishment and management.
• Manage dairy production and animal health programs.
• Coordinate feed production and farm resource utilization.
• Maintain farm records and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure adherence to farm productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, or a related
field.
• Valid National ID.
• Demonstrated experience in:
o Banana plantation establishment and management.
o Dairy cow management.
o Feed and fodder production.
• Ability to communicate in:
o English
o Swahili
o Acholi
• Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory skills.

• Willingness to reside and work in a remote farm setting.
Salary & Benefits
• Starting Salary: UGX 250,000 per month
• Basic food provided.
• Accommodation provided on the farm.
