• Maintenance and Repair • Work Order Management • Equipment and Facility Management • Emergency Response • Minimum downtime on Machinery & Equipment • Achieve declining complaints from end users

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Minimum of Vocational training or certification in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a University or complex projects. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
