• The holder of the position will perform the accountabilities but no limited to; • Leadership & Management • Staff Management • Financial management and compliance • Resource mobilization • Partnerships and Stakeholder Management

• A master’s degree in management or a related field is a plus. • 10+ years of experience working in the core areas of INUG. Out of which, 5 years should be at senior management level • Proven leadership experience working in Church based institutions and nonprofit organizations • Experience in resource mobilization and building sustainable collaborations and partnerships • Experience in managing local and international donor funding with clear demonstrated accountability • Experience in fundraising, program development, financial management, and board relations • Skills: Strong and ethical leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Submit a cover letter, personal statement and resume (including 3 referees who will be contacted during the recruitment process) to the Human Resource Manager on info@inuganda.org and copy
