• Growing our Community Health Entrepreneurs into successful micro-entrepreneurs • Boosting their sales (according to targets, in terms of # orders, revenue, retention and loan repayment) • Build relationships based on trust with CHEs (by way of phone) and coach them effectively • Empower our CHEs, facilitate constant growth, through ordering and proper financial management • Report to Area Manager • Participate in area team meetings

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work, Education or training or Business, Sales Related fields or alternatively a Diploma in Pharmacy / Nursing/Clinical medicine • Fluency in one or more of the following languages • Ateso • Luganda • Fluency in English both written and verbal • Computer skills (MS Office)
