• Respond promptly to customer service requests via phone, video call, or in-person. • Diagnose and repair ACE ONE cookstoves and other related equipment. • Perform regular maintenance visits as per company schedule or customer need. • Accurately record service data and updates using mobile tools. • Ensure all spare parts are used responsibly and reported correctly. • Maintain a clean, organized toolkit and adhere to safety standards. • Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status and service timelines. • Support the sales and logistics teams by reporting trends, recurring issues, or field conditions. • Any other tasks assigned deemed necessary by management.
