Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced electrician to work in Kampala.

Job summary

Our client seeks skilled electricians to maintain, repair, and upgrade electrical systems across their facility. The ideal candidates will combine technical electrical expertise with practical plumbing knowledge to address multi-system maintenance needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety codes
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Practical knowledge and experience with basic plumbing systems
• Valid Uganda National ID (required)
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance calls
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
