Are you a young leader ready to shape the future of East Africa? This 4?week online mentorship program is your chance to gain the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to advance transformational leadership, good governance and regional integration. Through interactive sessions, you’ll explore current regional complexities and discover how you can be part of the solutions driving change across the East African Region.

• Early career professionals in the public or private sector

• University students and recent graduates

• Demonstrated leadership background with passion for regional integration

• Aged 20–30 years as of 1st July 2026

• Available for 2 hours weekly throughout July 2026
