• Drives trucks and other company vehicles as per driving permit • · Ensures that all airline orders for scheduled and adhoc flights are received in time • · Prepares equipment for all airline schedules • · Closely monitors menu changes of all airlines • · Ensures that all airline meals are checked and counted. • · Ensures that all airlines specifications or requirements are adhered to • · Loading and off loading the flights • · Checks the trucks and fills the truck checklist • · Cleaning of the trucks • · Fills the truck movement schedule and log book • · Ensure that operational equipment like trucks are in good condition before use • · Ensures that all catering orders are correctly done and given to appropriate sections in production areas • · Washing of Airline trolleys if required to do so • · Adheres to all HACCP procedures
