• To drive BUBL vehicles and facilitate authorized passengers, visitors, packages & mails to & from given approve destinations in a safe manner in accordance to BUBL policy and guidelines and the Traffic and Road Safety Act (TRSA) • To conduct/carryout daily inspection of vehicles, identify and report major and minor vehicle mechanical faults to the supervisor using relevant forms and documents as per policy and guidelines • To fill the vehicle Logbook and ascertain that all travels/journeys/trips are recorded and signed for by the users but also record the fuel added in the vehicle, accessories or parts supplies • To supervise and monitor the quality of mechanical repair works done on BUBL vehicles before they leave the garage/workshop but also conduct/carryout road test to assess the quality of repair works done and related parts supplied/replaced whether they meet the standards • Prepare and submit accurate, complete and timely vehicle monthly reports including vehicle fuel consumption report, service or repairs done and accessories replaced or fitted • Ensure vehicle Insurance and driving licence validation • Real estate services

• At least UACE or an equivalent Certificate. • Must have a valid driving permit with at least 5 years driving experience. • Any certificate/qualification in Transport Management or defensive driving will be an added advantage • Knowledge, Experience & Competencies • Ability to communicate effectively. • Hard working and ability to perform duties with minimum supervision • Punctual and ability to work for extra hours • Practicing accountability, stewardship and demonstrate high level of integrity • Building collaborative relationships • High level of flexibility, tolerance and ability to handle information with confidentiality • Basic Knowledge in all areas of service and repair of vehicles and maintenance equipment
