• To safely transport staff, visitors to designated locations. • To maintain company vehicles in good mechanical condition. • To transport/deliver company documents on time to assigned destinations. • To maintain the company vehicles clean. • To follow up on departmental transport schedules and log all requests into the register. • To drive executives to their preferred destinations with assured safety on the road. • To maintain company vehicles in good mechanical condition • To execute daily work schedules and plans as provided by the HR Manager. • To deliver company documents/mails with at most confidentiality and on time in line with company policies and procedures. • To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. • Responsibilities • Administration • Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible. • Document Preparation • Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them. • Document Management • File records or documents as instructed. • Operating Machine or Equipment • Operate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions. • Work Scheduling and Allocation • Work according to an assigned schedule. • Improvement/Innovation • Accept changes at work. • Customer Relationship Management / Account Management • Greet customers (on incoming calls or in store) and engage them in conversation to build rapport. • Internal Client Relationship Management • Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them. • Personal Capability Building • Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
