KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mobilise and onboard farmers to produce different agricultural value chains.
- Provision of farmer support & extension services.
- Lead the distribution and Marketing of company agro inputs.
- Coordinate the purchase of grain from the farmers.
- Any other task that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- Strong Communication & Community Mobilization skills
- Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit
- Willingness to work in Rural areas and travel frequently
- Passionate about supporting smallholder farmers
- Fluency in English and Runyoro-Rutooro is preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel & Powerpoint)
