WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan daily delivery routes and schedules
• Monitor vehicles using GPS tracking systems
• Coordinate with warehouse, planning and customer service teams
• Communicate with drivers and customers
• Resolve issues and handle delivery exceptions
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years’ experience in dispatch or transport coordination
• Proficient in GPS/TMS and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized & able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Valid driving permit is an advantage
