• Ensure the respect of the hygienerules of the company.
• Ensure instant and fluentcommunication between airlines representatives and the unit.
• Communicate on time the dailyflights schedule to all departments and keep all records in the archives
• Ensure entering all the flightswith their services on the system.
• Ensure a permanent update of theflights on the system.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workingarea and fridges.
• Control permanently the hygienerecords and ensure their accuracy.
• Transmit instantly any additionalrequest or update.
• Control the quantity and thequality of the food on the final holding fridge.
• Ensure perfect billing, check,edit and print all the delivery notes, and finally transmit them to financeoffice for the agreed delays.
• Responsible for the collection ofthe cash payment of the adhoc flights and transmit the total amount toaccounting on the agreed delays.
• Transmit to concerned servicesany communication received from airlines and ensure proper understanding.
• Ensure proper communicationbetween instructions from the bond (excess equipment to send or specialoffload) and the flights supervisors.
• Communicate all complaint orcomment from airlines to the service concerned and ensure a proper follow up.

Should be able to drive and has a driving permit class b . Class C and C1 is an additional advantage.
