• Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management. • Participating in training customers on FINCA Uganda services and products • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive client relationships • Performing cold-calling and door-to-door sales • Analyzing the potential of the territory market and keeping track of sales and progress reports • Resolving customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.
