Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (Northern, Eastern, Western and Central region).
Reports to: Branch Manager/Manager Savings Mobilisation
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To mobilize customer deposits, scaling up of mobile and SMS banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.

| · Business acquisition
· Basic knowledge of Digital Banking. · Territory Management Skills · Have good customer care/service skills · Lead generation · Should be responsible for Accounts management · Have customer retention skills and abilities · Negotiation skills are vital assets to the jobholder. · Product Knowledge Sales forecasting |
