Verify, allocate, and record daily expenses and purchases.

Post invoices on EFRIS (URA System).

Prepare and submit daily and monthly EFRIS reports to management.

Post all payments and receipts accurately.

Record bank charges and related transactions.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure all data is properly recorded, filed, and documented.

Communicate regularly with the accountant regarding work status and any arising issues.

Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field is an added advantage.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk (minimum 2–3 years).

Basic knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including URA tax laws.

Proficient in accounting software.

Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.

Good numeracy skills.

Well-organized, focused, and able to meet deadlines.

Active learner with a strong sense of responsibility.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
