Job Purpose:

The Data Entrant will be responsible for collecting, entering, analyzing, and interpreting data and generating reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and enter data into the database accurately and efficiently
• Compile and analyze data to create reports and presentations
• Interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights of data.
• Collaborate with respective representatives and team leaders to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date
• Ensure that all data is entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate records of all data and documentation.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies to the appropriate team leaders
• Perform other administrative duties as required,

Education and/or Work Experience

Requirements:

A minimum of a diploma in any discipline from a recognised institution or equivalent

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or data management

Key Requirements:

• A female presentable Ugandan candidate is preferred for this role and should be of age between 24years to 28 years.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and develop insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
