• Enter relevant information for farmers trained. • Enter relevant information for R-L-I adopters. • Cross-verify data for accuracy and completeness • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care. • Collaborate with field teams to collect missing data or resolve discrepancies. • Update the database promptly with any changes in the farmers’ profiles. • Adhere to strict data security measures to protect the confidentiality and privacy of farmers’ information. • Report any security concerns or breaches immediately to the supervisor. • Submit weekly updated progress reports to the supervisor. • Submit monthly report with updated database. • Support Project MEL Uganda Team in Data management.

• Holder of a Diploma in Agriculture or ICT with at least one year of practical experience in agricultural extension, Survey, Integrated data management, MEL. A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and interpretation of data. • Good report writing skills. • Duration of the Assignment. • This assignment is for two months, commencing in the 1st week of August 2025.
