• Answer and handle large volumes of inbound calls • Handle customer queries & complaints • Collect and analyze customer feedback • Develop / document knowledge & content • Generate sales leads • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Any other responsibilities as need may arise

• • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration. • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. • Empathy & Positive attitude • Problem solving Skills • Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively • Content creation, editing & Originality • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets • Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. • English & Luganda (A Must). Any additional languages like Runyakitara, Lukhonzo, Lango, Acholi & West Nile will be an added advantage • Areas of Residence • The ideal candidate must be residing in areas around Kampala District • Remuneration: Attractive.
