KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze and check all customer orders provided by sales section.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing department on products required.
• Generate customer sales orders and ensure timely loading processes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer orders.
• Coordinating with sales team about stock status reports / updates.
• Take custody of keeping and filling all records confidentially.
• Oversee data entry in the enterprise resource application database.
• Print customer’s orders and follow up with dispatch section on all related roles including stock verification.
• Execute all administrative roles related to the job accordingly.
• In liaison with Sales team, prepare daily and weekly activity / stock reports for submission to the Outlet Sales Manager.
• Make customer invoices and print customer orders.
• Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
