KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendars.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly condition.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and emails.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher is a plus).
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with phone/email systems.
• Friendly, professional appearance and demeanour.
• Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
