KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication. • Maintain and update the company’s appointment schedules and calendars. • Handle general administrative duties, including • filing, data entry, and document management. • Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and company events. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding new staff and managing office supplies. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. • 5 Years Post University proven experience in customer service, administration, or office support roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Age between 28 and 40 years • Preferred Attributes: • Prior experience in a corporate Organization • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
