Background.

Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District. It operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa and Lyantonde.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire qualified personnel to fill the position of:

1. CREDIT OFFICERS (6)

Job Summary:

Responsible for recruiting clients, verifying sources of income and visiting prospective members’ homes and business to assess credit worthiness, recover loans and carryout routine loan monitoring to loan cliets.

Knowledge and experience

1. Diploma/ Bachelors in a business-related course.
2. One-year experience of working in a financial institution
3. Age: Minimum of 21 years
