• Assist in conducting market research and survey activities • Solicit new loan accounts in accordance with specific periodic performance targets prescribed in the branch business plan • Acquire new business relationships and accounts • Grow the portfolio as per set targets • Provide input into the marketing plan and campaigns targeted at increasing revenue • Conduct active marketing campaign to attract new clients • Orient prospective clients about the company’s loan products • Receive loan applications and perform credit appraisal on loan applicants and his/her surety/guarantor, if any • Conduct inspection and/or appraisal of any property being offered as collateral • Prepare and present credit applications to the branch credit committee for approval • Be a member of the loan committee • Conduct regular visits to clients and build strong relations with them before, during and after disbursement • Closely monitor loan payments and ensures zero tolerance against pas due • Support other loan officers in delinquency crisis

• Diploma or degree in Microfinance, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in credit processing or client relationship management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
