• Sales & Marketing: • Collaborate with the sales team during activations to identify prospects and convert them into clients. • Provide clear, accurate information to potential customers about our loan products. • Customer Acquisition & Loan Processing: • Maintain accurate records of loan applications using our loan management software. • Monitor loan application progress and keep clients updated on any issues or delays. • Collect required financial documents and assess client creditworthiness. • Credit Analysis & Decision-Making: • Analyze client financial data and credit scores to determine loan eligibility. • Approve or reject applications in line with company standards and communicate decisions promptly. • Loan Disbursement & Client Training: • Educate clients on loan terms and conditions before agreement signing. • Handle contract signings and oversee asset delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Officer (asset financing experience is a plus). • Strong understanding of loan processes and relevant regulations. • Skills & Competencies: • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • High ethical standards and confidentiality with financial data. • Work Conditions: • Full-time, field-based with occasional office work. • May require extended hours during peak disbursement seasons.
