KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Giving out; mainly business loans thus the lookout for mainly credit officer/ loans Officer
• Keeping records, balancing and managing books, thus Administrator.
• Reporting to Branch Supervisor.
• Responsibilities:
• To market the company products.
• Give out loans and recover them.
• Manage field work for three hours after morning meetings.
• Bring in New Borrowers daily that qualify.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Ready to meet the conditions and rules of Haraka microfinance and to work Monday
• Saturday under close supervision.
• Ready to manage and to keep time.
• Proper communication skills and computer knowledge
• Bachelors or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Social work
• And social administration from a recognized institution.
• 2 Years of experience in Banking or Credit from a known financial company.
• Fit candidates should not be over 40 years of age.
