• Sensitize clients about loan products and cross-sell other Bank products in line with Bank policy. • Analyze loan applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility. • Prepare loan files for presentation to the loan committee, ensuring complete documentation in line with the Credit Policy. • Mobilize, educate, assess, and enroll new and existing customers for various loan products daily, adhering to the Credit Policy. • Disburse loans to clients daily, meeting set performance targets as per the Credit Policy. • Receive, acknowledge, and securely hand over pledged customer securities for safekeeping in line with the Credit Policy. • Recover loans daily to maintain portfolio-at-risk standards as outlined in the Credit Policy.

• Degree from a recognized university; specialization in Marketing, Commerce, Humanities, or Microfinance is an advantage. • Strong analytical and report-writing skills. • Computer literacy is mandatory. • Highly organized with the ability to multitask. • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • High level of integrity and self-initiative. • Willingness to work in the field for at least 70% of the time.
