The ideal candidate should have a solid background in banking and financial services, with strong analytical and communication skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess and process loan applications from clients
• Conduct credit assessments and analysis of potential borrowers
• Manage client loan accounts, ensuring timely payments and recoveries
• Ensure all loan documents and records are accurately maintained
• Provide clients with advice and support regarding loan products
• Monitor the performance of loans and ensure collections are on track
• Participate in regular client visits and community engagement activities

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• A diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in credit analysis or banking is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
