• Sales and Marketing: Identifying new loan opportunities and attracting clients. • Assess Creditworthiness: Evaluate individual and group loan applications, verifying financial information and assessing repayment capacity. • Loan Application Processing: Process loan applications, collect necessary documentation, and maintain accurate loan files. • Portfolio Management: Manage loan portfolios, monitor repayments, and follow up on outstanding loans. • Customer Service: Provide financial advice, answer client questions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Compliance: Operate in accordance with lending regulations and policies. • Reporting: Justify loan decisions and report on portfolio performance. • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external contacts.

• Relevant experience in lending, credit analysis, or related roles. • Strong analytical and financial skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with loan products and lending regulations. • Attention to detail and accuracy in loan processing. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work effectively unsupervised. • Dynamic, professional and sound character.
