Responsibilities Responsible for analyzing and providing critical support to the Customer Service function with respect to MIS reporting, data mining and analysis requirements leading to value addition in Customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course or an equivalent.
- Over 2 years’ experience in data analysis.
- Advanced computer skills in SQL, Advanced MS Excel, and Oracle Data bases.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business issues / data.
- Experience using and building Excel based solutions.
- Power BI experience.
- High numerical skills and attention to detail.
