• Operate and maintain assigned cranes/vehicles safely and efficiently. • Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the site supervisor. • Ensure proper resource use, minimizing wear, tear, and fuel consumption. • Support project planning and execution per customer requirements. • Maintain accurate records (fueling, mileage, checklists, gate passes). • Uphold safety procedures and execute Stop Work Authority when required. • Propose and implement operational innovations annually. • Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

• Valid driver’s license Class BCE&I (or equivalent for crane operation). • High School Diploma plus relevant equipment certification (100-Ton Crane). • Valid Suitability Test Certificate and Banksman/Slinging Certification. • Minimum 5 years’ experience operating cranes/heavy equipment. • Testimonial letters from previous crane operation engagements. • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) training on equipment operated. • Strong knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, and defensive driving. • Fit-to-work medical test. • Accountability and integrity • Strong attention to detail • Effective communication (verbal & written) • Flexibility to work long hours when needed • Team player with sound work ethics
