Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in leading an exciting phase of growth within their respective country. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of executing effective go-to-market strategies and developing robust sales channels in prior roles.
This role requires proven experience in scaling national sales operations and managing field-based sales teams. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments, and is motivated by the opportunity to solve challenges on the ground while driving sustainable revenue growth for a high-potential organization.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• B2B Partnerships and Direct Sales
o Individually prospect and close deals with other Solar Companies, distributors, and resellers in your local territory.
o Develop MoUs, and lead all Key Account management in the country.
• Train and lead PAYGO models with resellers and distributors
o TOT training on PayGro with distributors and their agents
o Maintain re-order for solar home systems, refrigerators and energy storage systems in-country.
• Roll Out Expansion Plan
o Within the first six months, work closely with MD to set up partnerships with other solar companies, distributors and retailers.
o Recruit and hire new regional sales managers.
o Train B2B agents and effectively map out key territories and channels in his country.
• Develop Sales Strategy for New Customer Channels
o Create the company’s sales and marketing strategy for new target channels.
o Roll out marketing and direct sales initiatives to these new customer market segments.
• Plan and Implement New Marketing Events and Campaigns
o Prepare marketing events
o Organize the company’s participation in exhibitions
o Take responsibility for meeting the company’s overall marketing goal and partnership targets

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
o 5–7+ years of experience managing field-based B2B sales teams
o Demonstrated and measurable success in driving significant sales growth
o Confident, persuasive, and effective in engaging senior decision-makers
o Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
o Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams
o Highly driven, with enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
o High level of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness
