Sauti 116 Helpline Uganda is looking for committed individuals to join our team and support callers seeking help through the 116 Helpline.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Degree in SWSA, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Psychology
• Fluent in English plus at least one of the following: Juba Arabic, French, Kakwa, Lingala, Alur, Madi, Somali, Kiswahili
• Minimum 1 year experience in Child Protection, GBV, or Counseling
• Computer literacy

Qualified applicants residing within the Kampala Metropolitan Area are encouraged to apply.

Address applications to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development and deliver them to the Security Registry.
