• Facilitate all logistics for the marathon including race routes, permits, safety, medical support, hydration points, and timing systems. • Support in designing visibility support (T-shirts and promotional materials). • Oversee registration processes and participant management. • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal requirements. • Document and report on the event (narrative, photos, participant statistics). • 3. Deliverables • Detailed marathon work plan with timelines. • Successfully executed marathon event across all office locations. • Post-event report with outcomes, challenges, and recommendations. • 4. Consultant/Company Requirements • Interested consultants/firms should demonstrate: • Proven experience in organizing and managing large-scale sports events/marathons. • Availability of skilled personnel in event management, logistics, safety, and communications. • Strong networks and ability to coordinate with local authorities and service providers. • Capacity to deliver within the set timelines.
