• Assist in the maintenance and updating of the institutional risk register. • Support departments in identifying operational, financial, clinical, research, laboratory, projects, • and compliance risks. • Monitor risk mitigation actions and escalate emerging risk exposures. • Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure timely reporting. • Participate in project and grant risk assessments. • Support awareness creation on risk culture and staff training initiatives. • Maintain the risk incident log and assist in risk investigation and root cause analysis. • Contribute to audit and compliance follow-ups where risk overlaps are identified. • Evaluate the implementation of internal controls to ensure they are cost-effective, reliable, and • responsive to risk. • Updating the risk register. • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, management, or law. • Completed at least level 3 CPA/ACCA course or enrolled at Law Development centre. • 2–3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with risk software is a plus.
