KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• · Prepare audit reports and discuss audit findings with the employer.
• · Participate in the development and tracking of the strategic plans for the Compliance Section and ensure that they are aligned to the department strategy.
• · Engage with different stakeholders in and out of the fund to facilitate the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
• · Review own performance and seek feedback to improve performance.
• · Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders within and outside the fund
• · Hold meetings with the employers.
• · Analyse employer’s cash flows, draft deeds of settlement, payment plans and have them signed off.
• · Register employees and generate TRNs for arrears on due dates
• · Issue demand notes to audited employers, make calls, visits and send emails to employers who have not made good on their obligation of settling audited arrears.
• · Gather and obtain information as regards whistleblower complaints either from the employer or from the whistleblower.
• · Gather and prepare sufficient and appropriate documentation for onward submission to the legal department with an aim of prosecuting difficult employers

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• · A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Statistics, Finance, Commerce or a related business course.
• · A Professional qualification in ACCA or CPA
• Work Experience
• · At least 3- 4 years’ experience in a compliance or audit function
• · Demonstrable experience conducting audits or compliance reviews within regulated entities.
