• Strengthen Tunga’s brand positioning for clients, developers, and global partners. • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content for our website, newsletters, thought leadership articles, and social media. • Manage communication with our developer community through Slack, email campaigns, and virtual events. • Create and oversee content showcasing developer journeys and client success stories. • Lead thought leadership efforts in remote work, impact sourcing, and global talent discussions. • Monitor and analyze content marketing effectiveness, refining strategies based on data. • Advocate for African tech talent by breaking down barriers through marketing efforts. • Drive engagement within the developer community and effectively communicate Tunga policies.
