• Preparation and cooking of dishes in accordance with the menu and specifications set by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned. • Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards set by the head chef or senior staff. • Ensure that food is stored properly to maintain freshness and avoid waste. • Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation. • Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. • Handle kitchen equipment, such as knives, blenders, and ovens, with care and according to safety standards. • Contribute to maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as directed.

• Previous experience in a similar role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. • Physical stamina to stand for long periods. • Diploma / Certificate in Culinary or in related fields.
