Role Purpose
Manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate jobs across teams to ensure work moves efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with assigned clients, including updates, queries, and issue resolution.
• Track jobs and follow up with teams to ensure work moves efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Identify and flag delays or issues proactively.

Requirements.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate.
