As part of its commitment to an inclusive and supportive workplace and learning environment, WITU is establishing an internal Childcare and Lactation Space for staff, students and recent graduates with young children.

The facility will provide a free, private and supportive space where mothers can breastfeed or express breast milk and where young children can remain safely within the WITU environment while their parents or caregivers participate in work, learning or organisational activities.

The facility is an internal workplace/campus amenity and is not a commercial or fee-charging childcare service.

WITU therefore seeks to engage Childcare Caretakers to support the day-to-day management, cleanliness, safety, access and orderly use of the facility.
