• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and support academic goals. • Oversee campus operations, including facilities management, logistics, and safety protocols. • Lead marketing initiatives to promote the school’s brand and increase enrollment. • Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability. • Drive strategic planning processes, aligning operations with the institution’s vision and objectives. • Spearhead project management for campus expansions, renovations, or new initiatives. • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive operations and communication. • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to operational systems.

• Education: • Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Experience: • Minimum of 5 years in operations, marketing, or school administration roles. • Experience in an educational institution or multi-campus environment is an advantage. • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management. • Skills and Competencies: • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage complex operations. • Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management. • Proficiency in marketing strategies and brand development. • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successful execution. • Analytical mindset for evaluating operational performance and driving improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination. • Adaptability to thrive in a multi-campus, dynamic environment.
