• Education and Professional Qualifications • Honours degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Commerce, Planning, Economics, or a related field. • MBA preferred. • Required Experience & Competences • Minimum of 15 years’ experience across business functions, with at least 10 years in Pharma, FMCG, manufacturing, or related fields. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and customer service excellence. • Skilled in navigating matrix environments. • Adaptable to high levels of ambiguity and organisational change. • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. • Demonstrated aptitude for quick decision-making and holistic problem-solving.
