KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations and internal decision-making.
• Implement communication triage—shielding the MD from operational noise so they can focus on strategy.
• Reset a legacy, siloed culture by role-modelling collaboration, reinforcing accountability and challenging outdated behaviour
• Lead weekly leadership meetings, track KPI progress and hold Directors to account.
• Coach Directors to resolve customer and supplier issues independently.
• Embed a robust daily / weekly / monthly reporting rhythm.
• Drive cultural transformation and boost team morale.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 10+ years in operations or general management (ideally in a growth environment).
• Proven ability to streamline communication flows and reduce leadership bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated success turning traditional, low-accountability cultures into high-performance, collaborative environments
• Expert at influencing tough personalities, building trust quickly and changing behaviour through coaching and clear consequences.
• Strong leadership presence, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
